The program’s iOS app ($4.99) has more than 1,000 games that incorporate diaphragmatic breathing and play-based learning techniques to improve students’ social–emotional development. The games can be sorted by age, number of players, traits, and time. They can be played with everyday objects, such as shoes, or nothing at all, rather than just on digital screens.
