A free online resource, created by Children’s Hospital Colorado, offers resources and training materials for the Unstuck and On Target book and program to help students—particularly those who have autism and attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder—learn how to better manage daily tasks.
The Unstuck curriculum and easy-to-use tools employ cognitive behavioral techniques to improve flexibility, planning, and organization. The curriculum consists of small-group lessons and simple everyday strategies that build a common language for better regulation of feelings, behavior, and thinking. The website introduces parents, teachers, therapists, and neurodiverse youth to engaging multimedia tools to learn Unstuck, including a manual with premade lesson plans and step-by-step directions, online training modules, and free videos. The website is accessible in English and Spanish.
