The “STEAM Daydream” podcast was developed by museum educators at National Children’s Museum in Washington, DC, to complement elementary curricula.
In Season 1, curious Kid Interviewers chatted with STEAM innovators from across the country to discover answers to their biggest questions and explore what a career in STEAM can mean. Thirty experts helped students dive into a wide range of topics, including climate change, art as a form of activism, and the health science heroes fighting the pandemic.
Students can tune into Season 2 to get to the bottom of science, technology, engineering, art, and math concepts behind everyday mysteries. In each bite-sized, 20-minutes-or-less episode, students will hear from a real-life expert and Kid Investigator who help a quirky cast chew on some big questions.
New episodes are released on the third Wednesday of the month through December 2022. The next two episodes will be coming on October 19, 2022.
