Against the backdrop of COVID-19, racial violence, and action for justice and healing, back-to-school is nothing like normal. But as schools reopen—online, in person, or both—Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) is offering a series of webinars that will look at the challenges of the moment, offering actionable insights for educators, families, and school and district leaders. The Education Now webinars are intended to prompt hope, add fuel to the push for equity, and create the circumstances for transformation across education. Educators are invited to join HGSE on Wednesday, September 30, at 3 p.m. (ET), for the first episode in the fall season. This webinar will explore the impact of racial trauma and stress on students of color, their families, and communities.
